The Nedalniy Vostok Restaurant combines the newest trends of the restaurant world: it personifies all fashionable and popular which can be found in the most well-known restaurants of Europe, America, Asia and Australia. 

Nedalniy Vostok is the first restaurant in Moscow with the interior worked out from 'a' to 'z' by the Japanese professional architectural & design company Superpotato which contains such famous London restaurants as Zuma and Roka in its portfolio. Only natural materials have been used for the design of Nedalniy Vostok. Familiar and clear to eyes and hands, they create an original space, Japanese practical but warm and fancy at the same time. 

 An open kitchen of the restaurant is especially located one level lower than the main hall.  Visitors are on the same level with cooks and may observe every movement. On the ice window in front of the kitchen there are oysters and mussels, vongole and lobsters, phalanges of the kings crab.  Live crabs are floating in a big aquarium. 

The cuisine is mainly Panasian that unites cuisines of the Asian continent. The king crab delivered directly from Sakhalin plays the main role in the menu. It's cooked on wok and served with different sauces, added to salads, cold and hot appetizers, rolls and soups. 

The paragraph devoted to porridges is worth paying a special attention: buckwheat with duck leg, millet with Chilean sea bass. 

 The Nedalniy Vostok Restaurant was open in January 2007.
