Excellent news is for connoisseurs of the Czech cuisine: the largest “Pilsener” restaurant is opened in the center of the capital, within easy reach of “Paveletskaya” metro station. The new restaurant “Pilsner. Czech Beer House” is settled in a beautiful building. The Czech beer house possesses all what it takes to provide a high-class relaxation. On the ground floor, guests will find spacious and comfortable banquet hall with wooden transforming tables, a large screen and a bar counter.

The next level is with stylish wooden cabinets for different number of seats (up to 10 persons) and a fine embankment view. The atmosphere on the first floor is calm. There is a special window built in the bar counter. It shows the breathtaking panorama of Sadovoye Kol’tso. On the upper floor there is a cozy hall with a long table for 24 persons and a thoroughly designed round zone with high bar stools. The bar itself is constructed in the shape of a copper lauter tun – which is the brand mark of all the “Pilsner” restaurants in the capital. The tun harmoniously fits the Czech noble and democratic interior.

Four restaurants of the “Pilsner. Czech Beer House” chain present the menu of the legendary brand-chief Robert Masopust. Ten years ago Robert became the chief of one of the Pilsners in the Czech Republic. In 2005, he was invited to head the first Pilsner in Moscow near Mayakovskaya metro station. And the visitors of Czech beer houses got the chance to enjoy authentic Czech dishes. Among Robert’s new dishes rabbit crème-soup and brussels sprouts and wheat toasts, grilled meat and vegetables on a skewer, chocolate biscuit cake with pieces of banana are worth mentioning, not to mention the famous “utopenci”, Prazsky salat, Gulasovka, homemade sausages, Plzensky gulas, Svickova, pork neck stuffed with ham and cheese, Czeck-style duck, Karlovy Vary-style trout and candat – all the guests of the Pilsner restaurants tasted them many times.

Regular customers know that all the dishes presented in the long menu finely match to the remarkable original beer: amber “Pilsner Urquell”, dark and light “Velkopopovicky Kozel” or exclusive Black and Tan beer. We only need to mention to new comers strong drinks: from bitters to whiskey and aperitifs.

In short, the “Pilsner” in Ozerkovkaya street is the same old good “Pilsner” that has been treating Moscovites with splendid food, magnificent beverages and fabulous atmosphere for many years. Only here you have an excellent opportunity to celebrate any event, starting from a cheerful birthday party and finishing with a respectable corporative party with VIP guests attended.
