The restaurant chain of the modern Georgian cuisine Saperavi Café decided that it is a shame to ignore outstanding characteristics of seasonal berries and fruits when they are on the peak of their mellow form. So, they have added watermelon, melon and strawberries into the menu.
To make summer really
hot they serve sangria at Saperavi: with strawberry and cherry, melon, mint and
cucumber, orange and red currant.
