Artichokes From Grandma at Christian Restaurant

This is an excellent news for all who like tasty and original dishes: in spite of many foreign products missing in our country fresh artichokes are again available at Christian restaurant thanks to the grandma of Christian Lorenzini.

The guests may again enjoy artichoke core Carpaccio and bruschetta with tomatoes (650 rubles), also tender artichokes with mint (870 rubles).

Among new positions it’s worth paying attention to artichoke soup-puree with the aroma of langoustines (690 rubles): this is an interesting dish with memorable taste of artichokes complemented with thin notes of seafood.

There is also artichoke pudding in the menu performed (450 rubles). This is quite rich but low-calorie dish as artichokes are considered to be dietetic products. It’s also worth trying spaghetti with artichokes, asparagus and bottarga (1150 rubles). Such combinations are especially popular in Sicily which is considered to be the historical motherland of artichokes.
