Big Fishing At Pavilion Restaurant

The new fishing season has been open at the Pavilion Restaurant. The Big Fishing menu is driven by sterlet, dorado, sea bass and rainbow trout. Fish is fried, stewed or grilled, baked or smoked as it depends on guests' wishes.
The fresh topic is continued by seafood. Squids, octopuses, scallops and tiger prawns are served fried with salt, pepper and garlic. The Black Sea mussels and vongole are cooked on olive oil with basil, garlic, tomatoes concassé, white wine. Oysters are also available and if ordering a dozen you will be offered selected champagne per special price.
The most intriguing chapter of the menu is called “Catch of the Day”. It includes everything caught the day before or in the early morning.
