Days of French Culinary at Soluxe Club Restaurant

The festival of French culinary “Fete de la gastronomie” will start at Soluxe Club restaurant on 25 September.

Chef of Mediterranean cuisine at Soluxe Club Alexey Zhelnov prepared a special set. It includes dishes of the French cuisine from the restaurant menu: Oyster in champagne sauce, Escargots with arugula puree and baked garlic infusion, Duck fillet with chestnut, raspberry and Foie gras, raspberru vinaigrette and sorbet, Crab velute, smoked salmon with celery and chili butter, Milk veal in onion dressing and potato cloud, white chocolate ice-cream, short crumble pastry with cacao and passion fruit spoom, lime sorbet with basil. The set will cost 4000 rubles. Sommelier of Soluxe Club Alexey Krasnoschekov will recommend wine matching your taste. 

If you are a gourmet and connoisseur of the French cuisine, then this evening in the light ambiance of Soluxe Club restaurant will be a nice surprise for you.
