The true Italians understand the idea in dolce vita. Chef of Cantinetta Antinori Restaurant Mauro Panebianco belongs to this group: in the beginning of the year he created over 20 desserts!

Italian Chef Mauro Panebianco decided to sweeten Moscow winter. His dessert offer with more than 20 positions will not leave any chance even to the most consistent diet-followers. Hazelnut cream-brulee with white truffle ice-cream has a romantic and sunny name ‘Dolcetto Alba’ (690 rubles). Chocolate mousse with raspberry macaroni ‘Duet’ (690 rubles) is a nice termination for family dinner and an absolute winner for dates.
