European Summer At Soluxe Club Restaurant

The Soluxe club Restaurant is famous for the canton and imperial cuisine but the summer update was decided to differentiate with both traditional Chinese dishes and European best-sellers.
In hot weather it is
logical to accentuate light fresh tastes, so the menu has tartars, cold spring
rolls with shrimps, tomato soup with crabs like gazpacho and the main summer
hit – okroshka with beef on kvass or kefir. The significant role in the summer
menu is given to fish and seafood performed in such dishes as shrimp dumplings
with vegetables and sesame oil, crispy shrimps with dragon fruit and tropical
sauce, dorado with summer vegetables. The European mood changes here to the
Asian style, so it is worth trying doufu cooked with beef, shiitake mushrooms and
Abalon sauce, pork Gon-Bao-Jou in sour & sweet sauce. Ice-cream is
mandatory as a dessert. It's prepared per special recipe at Soluxe Club with
only natural ingredients.
