Flounder Festival at Rybniy Bazar (Fish Market)

Rybniy Bazar restaurant makes an announcement of the Flounder Festival and organizes bright introduction of dishes with such fantastic fish to the guests. The Festival will take place until March 10th.

The menu includes:

Belezza salad – 600 rubles

Lettuce leaves mix of Frisee, Lolo-rossa and Mangold with baked flounder fillet, goat cheese and Absinthe sauce;

Vento di mare – 1250 rubles

Slices of flounder with estragon in combination with seafood and fried asparagus;

Flounder zuppa – 1100 rubles

Mediterranean flounder soup with mussels, vongole, mini-squids and cuttlefish with aromatic anise;

Defonsi – 950 rubles

Flounder baked under tender sour cream 7 honey-mustard sauce with fried slices of pineapple, served with fried potatoes with combination of truffle paste;

Flounder with bulgur and grilled vegetables – 950 rubles

Served in special ceramic dish;

Catania with couscous – 1100 rubles

Classic Sicilian dish.
