Attakrit Sithiwaykin will have a culinary tour at Vanilla restaurant from the 4th to 6th of December. Attakrit Sithiwaykin is a young, bright and talented Chef from Jimbaran Puri Bali Hotel by Orient-Express (Bali island, Indonesia).

Chef Attakrit Sithiwayki comes from Thailand. He is young, charming, talented, energetic and positively ambitious. Young Chef’s culinary credo is using local products. All dishes of Bali and French cuisines served to the guests at Nelayan Restautant of Jimbaran Puri Bali hotel, are cooked of fresh vegetables and spices, cultivated at the nearest farm Bedugul; fresh meat brought from south Eastern countries and Australia; fish caught on the day of cooking at Jimbaran Bay. As such, the preferences in the menu are given to salads, fish and meat courses, national dishes of Indonesian cuisine and also to desserts in Pan-Asiatic style.

Dishes from SPA-menu are exceptionally simple and healthy: fresh carrot juice with ginger, crab salad with rice, cucumber, mango, avocado and pineapple; grilled fish with vegetables and fried rice; soup with exotic fruits.
