Gastronomic Marathon “Peoples’ Friendship” at Bochka

Bochka restaurant decided to introduce the guests dishes of peoples living in Russia and organized an unprecedented campaign – gastronomic marathon “Peoples’ Friendship”.
Until the end of 2014 the restaurant will present five special menus. Since Bochka is a meat restaurant, the main attention will be drawn to meat dishes.
The marathon will start from Caucasian dishes. The offer includes vegetable starter with mushroom satsivi (560 rubles), dolma with lamb and kefir sauce (650 rubles), chicken in sour milk sauce (450 rubles), leg of lamb baked in josper (dishes for two, 3990 rubles).
Culinary hits will be presented in original author’s version from Igor Bednyakov.
