Kremlin Hunting at Pavilion Restaurant
Hunting season is open at Pavilion restaurant. The special menu from Vitaliy Kovalev keeps on the topic of the Kremlin cuisine, this time it’s about dishes for which the leaders of the USSR went to strictly guarded hunting territories.
The new offer from Vitaliy Kovalev includes forest fowl and meat of wild animals. You may order pheasant for which Nikita Khruschev liked to hunt for in Crimea, ravioli with reindeer and boar per hunters’ recipe or try roe brisket with spicy persimmon and pine needles sauce, served to Leonid Brezhnev in the camp when welcoming German comrade Erich Honecker.
To keep the intrigue, Vitaliy Kovalev will be performing his new offer little by little and the first dishes will be possible to try in the beginning of November, then will follow the other ones.
