Crimean Morels At Selfie Restaurant

First spring mushrooms have arrived in Moscow. Anatoliy Kazakov, the Chef of the Selfie Restaurant, devoted the whole paragraph to them. He adds morels to risotto, linguine, home thick broth with nettle and noodles and fries morels with onion.

It's mandatory to try his beef Stroganoff with morels fried with Yalta onion and flambe with cognac as this dish is even tastier in its light spring version than traditional one. 

The menu includes:

Thick broth with morels, vegetables and homemade noodles, 390 rubles,

Abkhazian nettle soup with goat cheese and fried morels, 410 rubles,

Risotto with morels and Poshekhonskiy cheese 720 rubles,

Linguine with morels and aroma of white truffle, 760 rubles,

Beef Stroganoff with morels, crispy onion and mashed potatoes 720 rubles,

Fried morels with Yalta onion, 550 rubles.
