Summer Menu of O2 Lounge Restaurant Over Panorama To Red Square

Yoann Bernard, the new Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Moscow created a fusion menu with Pan-Asian, French and Russian motives.

The main new dish of the season is a salad with lobster from the State of Maine on light lemongrass jelly with cucumber, marinated ginger and fresh pear. Another special dish is a salad with King crab, mango, cucumber, baked sweet pepper and passion fruit dressing. Among main courses the Chef recommends to try Chilean sea bass with pomelo, grapefruit, orange and green asparagus topped with White Bordeaux sauce. For a dessert there is mandarin cream-brulee (yogurt mousse, citrus, lime zest and yuzu jelly). 

Sushi-bar menu from Saggy Kusano has been updated with 10 new summer positions among which there is roll with eel, yellowtail tuna, salmon, scallop and shrimp and roll with fried salmon skin. The special offer is ready for those who like sushi with tuna.
