9 Cold Soups From Rybniy Bazar Restaurant

The chef of the Rybniy Bazar Restaurant Luigi Rossi has created the summer offer of cold soups as they are perfect for lunches and dinners on hot days.
Luigi included in the
menu such dishes as light melon soup with Parma ham, cold zucchini cream with
baked pepper and dried tomatoes and a few soups with a sea spirit typical for
the majority of dishes at the restaurant. The Chef complements tomato gazpacho
with tender salmon or composition of grilled shrimps, squids and cuttlefish. Traditional
okroshka on homemade kvass and beetroot soup are also performed in the menu,
while sweet-lovers will appreciate a dessert strawberry soup with fresh lemon
sorbetto.
