Summer At FORNETTO Restaurants

The chain of cafe-pizzerias FORNETTO has prepared to the summer and introduced a seasonal menu.

Among original salads there is Fresco with shrimps and basil sorbet, salad with baked beetroot and tuna, Feta cheese and pine nuts, Palermo salad with pieces of beef sirloin. Among appetizers we recommend veal cheek aspic with homemade potatoes, Guacamole with grilled shrimps and mango sauce. Summer soups include Andalusian gazpacho with hopped shrimp and basil sorbet, Cucumber & yogurt gazpacho, Sorrel soup.

There are a few new positions in the paragraph with home pasta and risotto such as Marinara with tomatoes concasse and green peas, Blue cheese linguine with shrimps, pappardelle with veal cheek, risotto with seafood.
