Honey & Apple August at Shinok Restaurant

Chef of Shinok restaurant Elena Nikiforova added new dishes with apples and honey to the restaurant menu. They will be served the whole month as August is the month of Savior of the Honey and Apple Feast Days.

Among dishes which are worth paying attention to there is green lettuce with slices of turkey roll baked in the oven and stuffed with apples, roast duck – legs stewed with cornel, dry cranberry, apples and spices and complemented with marinated apples carpaccio.

Having reached desserts, it’s hard to resist Paradise Apple. It’s white chocolate capsules stuffed with apple, cinnamon and lemon cream served with a scoop of ice-cream, green basil sauce, slices of apple and merengue.
