Hunting Together with Osteria di Campagna Restaurant

Chef of Osteria di Campagna restaurant offers the guests to hunt a little. The hunter’s menu consisting of 13 unique dishes is available at the restaurant! Chef Roman cooks perfectly quail, roe, rabbit and reindeer.  
Tagliatelle with rabbit ragout and blueberry (790 rubles) deserves a special attention: wild rabbit is marinated one day in advance in red wine, then placed in cream sauce with Parmesan and served with fresh herbs, blueberries and cherry; tartar trio (990 rubles) is made of reindeer, roe and veal and each is seasoned with a few sauces and marinades: roe is seasoned with cloudberries and sweet raspberry sauce, beef is dressed with quail egg and mustard, reindeer – with cep mushrooms and truffle oil. The most brutal and winter dish is rack of reindeer with baked apple (1550 rubles): rack will be cooked on grill and served with baked apple and hazelnut,     prunes, honey and cinnamon and dressed with red wine sauce and junipers.
