The bar menu inspired by Malibu beaches includes classic Caribbean cuisine, so popular in Florida. Shrimps ceviche, fried soft-shell crab with cocktail sauce, salad with grilled chicken and avocado in tortilla, grilled chicken breast with corn Jack Daniel sauce and baked potatoes - this is only a small extract from the huge menu from Chef Nicolas Courtois.
