Chef of El Gauchito Restaurants decided to serve Argentinian brochettes (same to our barbecue) made of chicken, turkey, beef and lamb during the summer season.

They are fried on charcoal and served with sesame sauce and delightful hummus. The starter La Parrilla is also nice – this is baked on grill eggplant with tomato salsa and orient tahini. For a dessert you may enjoy light profiteroles with Baileys liquor flavour topped with chocolate sauce and fresh forest berries.
