Autumn Menu at Elargi Restaurant

Iso Dzandzava, the Brand-Chef of Elargi restaurant, has prepared the autumn menu. It’s certainly based on seasonal vegetables, fresh fish and hot nourishing soups.

As a starter, we recommend to try the salad with roast beef, suluguni cheese, Tadjar olives, Romano leaves and crispy garlic croutons seasoned with Caesar sauce (540 rubles).  Traditional Megrel kharcho with gomi is juicy pieces of veal stewed with walnuts, onion, adjika, tomatoes, greens and spices, served with gomi on cast iron frying pan (670 rubles). Borjomi trout baked in oven is stuffed with estragon, parsley and chopped egg, served on fresh pita with tkemali and lemon (740 rubles). 

House sandy pastry with bananas and airy cream (320 rubles) will be an excellent termination of your meal. 

Seasonal Elargi offer is valid until the end of November.
