Autumn Symphony of Tastes and Desserts with Vodka at Composer

Following the engagement with national products, Chef of Composer restaurant Viktor Osipenko decided to indulge the guests with new kinds of Northern fish.  

Since October 1st the menu will have cisco with beetroot barley, nelma and also Far East scallops. For those who have already tasted a special Composer’s borsch with buckwheat from the soups section, it is recommended to order new rich schi with sauerkraut, tinned stew duck and boletus. Upon the tradition, the soup looks like “transformer” and served with buckwheat pie.    

The selection of meat dishes has also been updated with new courses. On the cold autumn evening you may come to the restaurant to refresh yourself with tender veal cheeks baked in black elder or to order a stuffed beef tongue baked as a whole in apple dough with potatoes.
