Only this summer you may try dishes of the European cuisine from sous-Chef Andrey Rostov at Novikov Restaurant & Bar.

The seasonal offer is based on the mix of Italian and Russian cuisines in the author’s execution. There is ideal for summer Carpaccio made of octopus (950 rubles) and zucchini (450 rubles) in the chapter of starters. Bruschetta logically continuous the Italian topic: bruschetta with goat cheese and marinated beetroot (390 rubles) for those who prefer vegetables, with fried tuna and dried tomatoes (750 rubles) for those who like fish and seafood. 

Salads are especially demanded in the summer heat, that’s why Andrey Rostov tried to make them summer light but various at the same time. A special attention is drawn to Caesar salad: with grilled chicken and poached egg (700 rubles) or with shrimps and poached egg (800 rubles), and also the salad with lobster, tomatoes and arugula (1990 rubles). 

Upon numerous requests of the guests the menu of soups includes gazpacho with crab (960 rubles) and okroshka (500 rubles) which might be seasoned with both kvass and kefir.
