Shinok Restaurant: Cherry Menu

The season of juicy cherry has started at Shinok restaurant and a special cherry menu is ready for it.

Chef Elena Nikiforova offers to start tasting from cold veal stuffed with smoked cherry (390 rubles). This dish includes lettuce leaves, cherry jelly, cherry bread and cream horseradish. Veal ‘apple’ is also interesting as it’s baked with cherry sauce (765 rubles). Certainly, it’s hard to resist cherry dumplings served with sour cream and thick cherry drench at Shinok (380 rubles). You may complete your meal with rich cherry dessert served with tender custard (360 rubles) if there is still space in your stomach left.  

To wash out your meal you may take cherry infusion (130 rubles) or drench (130 rubles). There are also three cocktails in the menu – two are non-alcohol (rosemary& cherry and cherry & jasmine, 165 rubles each) and Baba-yagodka (365 rubles) that contains dark rum, cherry drench and lemon.
