Fish Season at Pavilion Restaurant
Pavilion restaurant opened a fish season. Chef Vitaliy Kovalev is going not only to present new dishes to the guests but also to remember the past.
Patriarch Ponds used to be especially digged out for fish-farm and this fish was served to the priests’ table of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Vitaly Kovalev’s offer contains sterlet, trout, turbo, dorado, sea bass and common sole. Have a wish as the fish is all fresh and cooked on steam, grilled or smoked. There is also fresh seafood: King crab phalanges, scallops, squids, shrimps. Excellent wine per special prices is offered for all dishes.
If ordering a table at a summer terrace near the water, you will definitely catch the sense of peace and harmony. Big thanks to the Chef: the guests are full, traditions are followed and fish is available in the historic ponds.
