Tomato festival at Riviera Restaurant
Tomatoes have become the main characters of the menu from Chef at Riviera Restaurant. Each position – from starter to dessert – is cooked with different sorts of tomatoes.
The menu is open with beef-tomatoes carpaccio and scallop (460 rubles) and yellow tomatoes are added into the salad with seafood (530 rubles). Then there are two kinds of soup: cold gazpacho with lime sorbet and tomato soup with Royal prawns (480 rubles). Scallops Saint Jacques are served with tomato mousse (660 rubles), while Dorado is served with dried tomatoes (860 rubles). Tornedo is served with tomatoes stuffed in Provencal way (980 rubles).
For a dessert they propose tomatoes-confit with berry sauce (480 rubles) and tomato sorbet with basil (320 rubles).
