Oysters Festival at Fish Bazaar

The oyster festival has been open at Fish Bazaar, so the guests may enjoy this magnificent delicacy per 96 rubles until April 30th.
As usual, oysters from different regions are presented at the Festival. Those who like this dainty speciality will have a chance to try French, Dutch, Irish, Portuguese ousters. Even shellfish from Canada and Australia can be found in the menu of Oysters Festival. And all this will cost you 96 rubles per piece!
You may treat yourself with big wild oysters (Kamchatka, Soloviev, Hasian, Karaguin, Pasien). Any of those oysters will cost you 96 rubles per 100 grams. Fresh oysters will be served traditionally: with lemon and oyster sauce with shallot. Grain bread and butter will perfectly complement this set. In the restaurant wine carte gourmets will find Chablis, Muscadet and white wines from Sancerre region perfectly combining with oysters.
