Spring updated menu with unveiled passion to duck from Chef Alexey Ayzen has already been available at Prostye Veschi restaurant.

So the hit in this menu is duck breast with rhubarb, strawberry, corn lettuce and spicy orange sauce which joins solid sweetish meat and extremely fresh taste of rhubarb into something unique.

The menu also includes:

Small squids with young artichokes and dried duck crumbs – 410 rubles;

Duck breast with rhubarb, strawberry, corn lettuce – 680 rubles;

Grilled octopus tentacle with spicy salad made of tomatoes and fennel and with a slice of fried country-side bread – 840 rubles;

Asparagus soup with poached egg – 290 rubles;

Bright green salad with asparagus, peas and quinoa popcorn – 350 rubles;

Tapas: biscuit with anchovy, kataifi battered goat cheese, grissini with ham in strawberry mustard – 520 rubles;

Wasabi baked farm’s chicken with fried young radish – 690 rubles.
