Tasty Autumn at Christian Restaurant

Chef Christian Lorenzini has enriched autumn colors with the variety of tasty combinations, so he invites all friends to his safe-named restaurant to try new courses.

Foie Gras Terrine with sea buckthorn sauce (680 rubles) seems covered with baked Romano leaf like from the autumn chill; tartar (650 rubles) looks summer bright. Slices of Burrata, salmon and sweet tomatoes (960 rubles) are served on saffron crisp, while healthy escargots are baked with greens and croutons (650 rubles). 

House-made Trofie pasta is cooked using Christian’s family recipes and served with rabbit ragout and Scarmozzi (650 rubles). Perlotto with seafood (960 rubles) with fresh zest flavor will help to possess nutritive efficient elements. Cream sauce together with Bisque will be a perfect addition for extra-ravioli with crabs (620 rubles) prepared of dough with cacao. Semi-cooked tuna battered in black sesame  is served with prune sauce (850 rubles), while halibut is baked with black olives (920 rubles).
