Bright autumn at Carlson Restaurant!

Carlson Restaurant is greeting autumn with new dishes in the menu.

Chef Giacomo Lombardi supports the tendency to use seasonal products, so new dishes include pumpkin, ginger, mushrooms which makes them even more juicy and unusual. 
Selection of bruschettas (606 rubles) will perfectly serve as a starter and complement any hot course, be it Murmansk cod with caramelized carrot and Pesto made of fresh greens (888 rubles) or Lamb with fried potatoes and fresh thyme (979 rubles). 
All autumn colour-grade is performed in the new dishes, example given Beef tartar with crispy bread and fresh vegetables (909 rubles), Fettuccini with King crab and sweet pepper (717 rubles) or Salad with prawns and pasta Fregola (757 rubles).
New soups will help to warm you up with the arrival of first freezing: Tuscan been soup with prawns (575 rubles), Chicken broth with Parma ham tortellini and chicken shank. How nice is to try borsch with boiled tongue and smoked lard (494 rubles) in the rainy autumn day!
The dessert carte is replenished with Gianduia cake & raspberry sorbet (535 rubles), Charlotte cake with pear and almond sauce (313 rubles), cheesecake with confit ginger and red wine sauce (474 rubles), and certainly, Carlson’s grandma with pine nuts (404 rubles).
